The June Faire Artisans’ Village needs YOU on June 15th!
This year, the June Faire Artisans’ Village will invade the President’s Hall at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds — THREE TIMES THE SPACE THAT WE’VE HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS! Help us fill this space with demonstrations and displays of all the arts and sciences from the Kingdom of An Tir.
We want ALL. THE. THINGS. ALL THE VARIETY POSSIBLE! We want any Art or Science researched and created in the SCA: displays of garb, demos of clothing construction and fiber work, scribal activities, music, woodworking, leather working, metal working, etc. We would love to see country and time-specific displays. Anything that fires your passion!
June Faire brings in thousands of people from the modern public and shows them what we do in the SCA., all the things that explain why the SCA brings us so much joy. The energy and curiosity they bring to June Faire is energizing. You can’t help but to come away from this experience feeling energized and re-committed to the things that brought you into the SCA in the first place — with the added benefit of encouraging brand new people to join us, add their unique perspectives to our group, and help it grow!
June Faire will be held over the weekend of June 14-16, 2024, and the public demo portion is the 15th. More details on the event website (link).
