Their Noble Excellencies, Proconsul Conchobar MacEoin and Proconsula Eilidh Keldelth, invite all to come and witness the selection of their new champions on Saturday, October 14th at the Longbranch Improvement Club.

Site Rules:
- We are utilizing the grounds only. There will be no access to the building.
- Please pick up and remove your own garbage.
- Propane fires are the only fires allowed on site. This is per the site contract.

CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITIONS
Archery
Can you shoot through the ax heads of Odysseus? Take out Achilles’ with a shot to the tendon? Split the arrow of Robin Hood? Knock the apple from William’s head? Then come and join us as we test our skill against the Famous Heroes of Antiquity and Medieval Times and secure your victory as Archery Champion of Dragon’s Laire.
Heavy
Multiple Weapons Round Robin, Best 2 out of 3. Each fight must be fought with a different weapons style (Example: 1st fight – Sword and Shield, 2nd fight – Glaive, 3rd fight – Axe and Shield). Weapons forms do not have to match your opponent. Finals will be amongst the top two fighters best 3 of 5.
Rapier
Round Robin format with the Champion being decided by accolade amongst the Rapier fighters who chose to vie for the title of Rapier Champion.
Thrown Weapons
1/2 Royal Round with Axe, Knife, and Spear, followed by a skilled throw for each weapons style.

Directions to Site:
Take your best route to Purdy, Washington. Taking the Hwy 302 turn off of Hwy 16 between Port Orchard and Gig Harbor works best. Hwy 302 goes west from the center of town, crossing over Burley Lagoon directly from Purdy. Follow Hwy 302 for approximately 5 miles to Key Center. At Key Center Hwy 302 continues west but turn right onto Key Peninsula Hwy South. Continue on this road for approximately 12 miles. The Longbranch Improvement Club is at 4312 Key Peninsula Hwy South (for you MapQuest/Google Maps fans), directly across from the Longbranch Fire Station.
