The Scribal Guild usually meets in a private home once or twice a month (sometimes with a hybrid/online option), but ScribeTober is special! The Culinary guild typically alternates between the 4th Thursday and Saturday. The Barony does not publish the location of private homes; to get the address, please contact the Guild heads via email.

Oct 5Archery practices move to their winter schedule. Outside VFW Post 4992, weather permitting. From 1pm–5:30pm.
Oct 6Incipient Canton of Misty Ridge Business Meeting at 7:30pm, online — see Facebook for last-minute details.
Oct 7Baronial Business & Financial Meeting at the VFW Post 4992  – doors open at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to anyone. Also live-streamed (check the Facebook group or Discord for last-minute details). No thrown weapons practice.
Heavy (armored) combat and Rapier practices move to their indoor winter location! Silverdale Lutheran Church from 6–8pm.

Oct 12Thrown Weapons & Archery practices outside VFW Post 4992. Thrown weapons 11am–12:30pm, archery 1pm–5:30pm.
Oct 14Tuesday Social at the VFW Post 4992, 6–8pm.

Oct 28Tuesday Social at the VFW starting at 6pm. ALSO: 4th Tuesday Bardic night. This is a drop-in activity, and all skill levels are welcome. Bring what you’re working on, test out your piece in front of a small audience, and/or practice with the group.

The Baronial Chatelaine, Aoife Aileanach heraldic device for Aoife Aileanach is looking for people from Dragon’s Laire to give short lectures and vignettes on various subjects of the SCA. “I’m basically looking for an extension of what we have on display at June Faire (costume making, cooking info, weaving, spinning, metal work, archery equipment, etc).” These could be 15-min talks, just enough to give new members an introduction.
