It’s time for the spring CHANGE in our combat practices! Days are getting longer and drier, and by the end of the month all our practices will be on their summer schedule. Youth armored combat is revving up this year. Keep reading for all the details.
The Scribal Guild usually meets in a private home on the 2nd Thursday and 4th Friday of the month, and the Culinary guild typically alternates between the 4th Thursday and Saturday. The Barony does not publish the location of private homes; to get the address, please contact the Guild heads via email.

The Baronial Chatelaine, Aoife Aileanach is looking for people from Dragon’s Laire to give short lectures and vignettes on various subjects of the SCA. “I’m basically looking for an extension of what we have on display at June Faire (costume making, cooking info, weaving, spinning, metal work, archery equipment, etc).” These could be 15-min talks, just enough to give new members an introduction.
