Remember, armored combat and rapier practice for April have moved to Thursday nights, indoors at the fairgrounds. Click here for more information. These practices will go back to Tuesday nights at the VFW Hall in May.

Thrown weapons and archery practice are still on Sunday — for now — but will soon move back to their “summer” weeknight time… when there’s enough light in the evening! Keep your eyes open for updates.

Date	What’s happening at Dragon’s Laire’s Tuesday Social?
April 4	Baronial Business Meeting – starts at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to anyone and are a good source of information about what is happening in the Barony.
April 11	Class: Multi-Cultural Heraldry –Devices Where No Device Has Gone Before! – starts at 6:30pm – by M’Lord Iohannes Owain ap Gwyllim Pengryth . As the Baronial Book Herald, M’Lord Owain is eager to show you how to start creating your persona, by developing and registering the perfect name to fit your dreams and goals.
April 18	June Faire Meeting – starts at 7pm – All are welcome to attend! Countess Elisabeth de Rossignol , the 2023 June Faire Board Chairman, will lead this meeting about preparations for June Faire.
April 25	Round-Table Discussion: Knighthood / Chivalry In the SCA – starts at 6:30pm. This will be a discussion and investigation of a mystic topic, with Earl Sir Edward Cire of Greymoor , Sir Andras Truemark , and Sir Sarpedon Dirkides Aegineta , on what Chivalry in the SCA means to them. Master Arontius of Bygelswade will facilitate the discussion.

Looking out into May, we have two classes tentatively on the list. If you have something you’d like to teach, let us know. If you have an interest on something you’d like to learn, let us know that as well. We can search for an instructor and see if we can arrange a class.

ALSO, LOOKING OUT FURTHER INTO JUNE! We will be greeting and befriending people newly met from our efforts at JUNE FAIRE! Please think about volunteering your time and experience in teaching classes to these new members of our family. Come talk to us if you have questions. We will definitely be reaching out to all of you, asking for help in this endeavor.
