Regularly Scheduled Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All of our martial practices are on their WINTER schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day<\/th>Activity <\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
First Tuesday of the month<\/td>Baronial Business & Financial Meeting<\/strong> at the VFW Post 4992<\/a>  \u2013 doors open at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to anyone. Also live-streamed (check the Facebook group<\/a> or Discord<\/a> for last-minute details).<\/td><\/tr>
Other Tuesdays <\/td>Tuesday Social <\/strong>at the VFW starting at 6pm. Check below for special events, such as classes or planning meetings. Those usually start at 6:30pm.
3rd Tuesdays: Scribal practice <\/strong>with the Baronial Scribe<\/a>.
4th Tuesdays: Bardic night<\/strong>. All skill levels are welcome in the circle. <\/td><\/tr>
1st & 3rd Tuesdays<\/td>Heavy (armored) combat and Rapier practices<\/strong> at Silverdale Lutheran Church<\/a>, 6–8pm.<\/td><\/tr>
2nd & 4th Tuesdays<\/td>Heavy (armored) combat and Youth Armored Combat (YAC) practices <\/strong>at the Silverdale Lutheran Church<\/a> from 6–8pm.<\/td><\/tr>
Every Sunday<\/td>Thrown Weapons & Archery practices <\/strong>outside VFW Post 4992<\/a>, weather permitting. Thrown weapons 11am–12:30pm, archery 1pm–dusk.<\/td><\/tr>
Once a month<\/td>Scribal Guild meeting<\/strong> starting at 7pm. In-person with a Zoom option. Email the guild head<\/a> or join the private Facebook group<\/a> for more info.<\/td><\/tr>

Jan. 13<\/td>Class during Tuesday Social <\/strong>at the VFW Post 4992<\/a>, “Baronial Offices: What, Why, and How It All Works<\/em>” by our Baroness, Furia Dommitia.
ALSO: Mock armored combat tournament <\/strong>at fighter practice — to emulate what people might experience at the Ursulmas Tournament.<\/td><\/tr>

These do NOT have to be simply ‘classes’. They can be lectures, demonstrations, roundtables, interactive discussions, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Baronial Chatelaine, Aoife Aileanach<\/a> \"heraldic<\/a><\/span> is looking for people from Dragon’s Laire to give short lectures and vignettes on various subjects of the SCA. “I’m basically looking for an extension of what we have on display at June Faire (costume making, cooking info, weaving, spinning, metal work, archery equipment, etc).” These could be 15-min talks, just enough to give new members an introduction.
