All of our martial practices are now on their summer schedule. Youth armored combat is revving up this year. Keep reading for all the details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Scribal Guild meets in a private home once or twice a month (sometimes with a hybrid\/online option), and the Culinary guild typically alternates between the 4th Thursday and Saturday. The Barony does not publish the location of private homes; to get the address, please contact the Guild heads<\/a> via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sept 2<\/td>Baronial Business & Financial Meeting<\/strong> at VFW Post 4992<\/a> \u2013 doors open at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to anyone. Also live-streamed (check the Facebook group<\/a> or Discord <\/a>for last-minute details). Fight practices outdoors. <\/td><\/tr>
Sept 6<\/td>BARONIAL Fall A&S Day Camp:<\/strong> will be in Bremerton, no cost, modern clothes. Classes & crafting space. Get your geek on! More details on our website <\/a>and Facebook<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr>
Sept 9<\/td>Tuesday Social and Fight Practice at the VFW <\/strong>starting at 6pm (including YAC). <\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Sept 11-14<\/td>REGIONAL EVENT. Autumn War & Emprise of the Black Lion<\/strong> will be hosted by 4 baronies, led by by the Barony of Blatha an Oir in Tenino, WA. Dragon’s Laire is coordinating archery! The event will have some of everything, including Equestrian. More info on the Kingdom Calendar <\/a>and Facebook<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr>
Sept 16<\/td>Tuesday Social and Fight Practice<\/strong> at the VFW starting at 6pm.

These do NOT have to be simply ‘classes’. They can be lectures, demonstrations, roundtables, interactive discussions, etc.. The possibilities are endless. You can reach our <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Baronial Chatelaine, Aoife Aileanach<\/a> \"heraldic<\/a><\/span> is looking for people from Dragon’s Laire to give short lectures and vignettes on various subjects of the SCA. “I’m basically looking for an extension of what we have on display at June Faire (costume making, cooking info, weaving, spinning, metal work, archery equipment, etc).” These could be 15-min talks, just enough to give new members an introduction.
