Their Excellencies, Baroness Furia Dommitia<\/a> \"heraldic<\/a><\/span> and Baron Conrad Cedricson<\/a> \"heraldic<\/a><\/span>, invite all to vie for Their Arts and Sciences, Youth Arts & Sciences, & Bardic Champions! Harvest Feast will also include Scholar\u2019s Presentations, martial practices, and hand crafts. The all-day-long feast theme is El Pasado Presente!<\/em>, the present past \u2013 Spanish Cuisine! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where? When? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When:<\/strong> October 10, 2026. The hall opens at 9AM for setup — 10AM for everyone else. The hall closes at 8PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where:<\/strong> Key Peninsula Civic Center at 17010 S Vaughn Rd NW, Vaughn, WA 98394 (link to Google map<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking:<\/strong> Please only park in the front Civic Center parking lot. Do not park on private property, or in the back of the Civic Center.
Service animals<\/strong> are welcomed.
Accessibility: <\/strong>There are ADA parking spaces and ramps for entry and exit. There is a lift that can take people down to the main level if they cannot navigate the 6 stairs. Flushing bathrooms with accessible stalls are on the entrance level. The site layout and decorations crew will do our best to lay out the hall for ease of navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emergency Preparedness Information: <\/strong>
– The building has fire alarms and exits clearly labeled. In case of emergency, please calmly exit and move to the lower field or the far parking lot \u2013 depending on cause.
– The event will be in October, so there may be adverse weather. Please bring cloaks, coats, and shoes as appropriate.
– The fire station is slightly less than 3 miles away.
– The closest emergency room is St. Michael\u2019s in Silverdale, ~30 minutes.
– Emergency Veterinary Care is in Poulsbo at Poulsbo Animal Emergency and Specialty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
