Notes / Comments:
Includes how the entrant connects and engages the audience, their use of staging and the stage space, etc.
Evaluation of choices made to enhance appeal and/or impact, entrant's interpretation of the piece, etc.
Evaluation of the technical aspects of the entry, delivery, timing, use of space in delivery, etc.
Evaluation of the difficulty and complexity of a piece, challenges in translation (if applicable), obscure aesthetic, memorization, staging, unusual skills required, etc.
Evaluation of the historical authenticity of the piece compared to similar examples, period practices, and other aspects of historical accuracy.
Evaluation of the originality of the piece within the historical context.
Describes the historical context of the item — who may have made and/or used the item, when (what time period) the item is situated, where (geographically and/or socially) the item is situated, and what were the known and possible uses of the item. Also establishes the context of all aspects of the entry in relation to other things of its type.)
